There are three offices in the justice assembly of ID that can be used to perform an arrest warrant search in Elmore County. The sheriff’s department happens to be just one of them, but it is often deemed to be the only option for crime history inquiries. This is because the police are in charge of accepting complaints pertaining to criminal matters.

They also perform a range of other functions when it comes to the lifecycle of a case. Everything from investigating the ‘whodunit’ angle to making arrests and from requesting the tribunal to release active warrants to serving these directives and other court issued orders such as search warrants, etc, cops do it all.

So, this belief is certainly not unfounded. A drive down to the office of the sheriff can get you information on Elmore County outstanding warrants, arrest records, most wanted list for the area and crime statistics. However, the judiciary can provide the same type of information along with a lot of supplemental data.

For example, the magistrate’s court could furnish details on the issue of bench warrants, active warrants, search orders and criminal summons among others. The county clerk’s department which handles the repository of court dockets can provide crime history data as well as details on civil cases. All of these agencies accept request from civilians for warrant searches. So, you can contact them in person or through mail at:
